I’ve ported the site from my own custom CMS to Wordpress, and made a new theme. This is for many reasons, mainly because I felt that the CMS I made was very unorganized and basic. The site still has all the same posts, with all the same timestamps. The only difference is that all the post comments are gone, and there is a new URL for blog posts. I have added a few more functions like Facebook Sharer, which I hope you all find useful, and now the posts are organised by date, rather than title alone. I will be adding other things like a searchbar and tagcloud once I have time. Thanks!

Oh god. What is with all these people who don’t understand the first thing about health, but decide to run their mouths about it. All I see on facebook lately is “OMFG IMUNASAZIONZ!! OMFG SWINE FLU!!!”.
Every time a cold goes around, everybody instantly blames it on swine flu. Everybody just shut up. Are you a qualified doctor? No? – well stop talking about things you have no authority to do. You’re just causing gullible idiots to run around like headless chickens.
Another thing that is annoying me is everybody getting paranoid about the Cervical Cancer immunization. What is annoying me more, is comments like “I am glad I didn’t get my injection!”. One single person has died due to the immunization, while 1000s of people die from cancer every year. Anybody managed to get through maths at primary school will realize 1000 is a lot bigger than 1.
The only virus that is going around at the moment is ignorance.

So I’m on Facebook, minding my own business, when suddenly, I’m hit with “please delete stalker/fan check because it is a virus, this is why the dates are getting muddled up.” – and to be honest, I’m sick of all these stupid scam things. Luckily for all you misinformed morons who believe such rumors, I’ve wrote this.
First of all, I don’t think ANYBODY knows what a virus actually is. For those who didn’t know, virus is a self replicating program. Malware isn’t the same thing as a virus, Malware is an umbrella term for all sorts of ‘bad’ software. Virii, Worms, Trojans, etc. So before you start running your mouth about ‘viruses’ [virii is the proper term], maybe research the topic a bit first.
Right, now to move onto this ‘Facebook fan check virus’ thing. The main problem with this, is that Facebook is a web application, so I have no idea how a web app can actually get a virus.. Secondly, Facebook check ALL code, so no calls to functions that can modify or read your profile can be used by any randomer; Facebook know what code you’re running (also, fan checker is a flash app for god’s sake).
Anybody remember the emails you got saying MSN was going to shut down, or the group that said Facebook was going to charge for it’s use? – all a load of crap, like this.
Anyway, I could literally go on for HOURS about how stupid this is; but I think I should sleep now.
